HIGH SEASON---SUMMER RATES - May 15 through September 15: 3 Night minimum stay $750.00 or 1 Week preferred $1450.00 add an extra night $175.00 Single Night rate only if available $300.00
LOW SEASON---FALL & SPRING RATES - September 16 through May 14: 2 Night minimum stay $350.00 or 1 Week stay $1225.00 add an extra night $125.00 Single Night rate only if available $200.00
LOW SEASON HOLIDAY RATES - Easter Week, Thanksgiving Week, & Christmas through New Years: 3 Night minimum stay $750.00 or 1 Week stay $1450.00 -- add an additional Night $175.00
all rentals are subject to 10% County Tax & $100.00 cleaning fee. $300.00 or $500.00 *fully refundable Security Deposit required, for 1 weekend or 1 week stay. *(security deposits are 100% refundable 20 days after your departure if no additional cleaning, repairs or replacements are required)
