HIGH SEASON---SUMMER RATES - May 15 through September 15: $750.00 for a 3 Night minimum stay preferred. $1450.00 for 1 Week stay and add an extra night to your week for $175.00. $300.00 for a Single Night, only if available.
LOW SEASON---FALL & SPRING RATES - September 16 through May 14: $350.00 for a 2 Night minimum stay preferred. $1225.00 for 1 Week stay and add an extra night to your week for $125.00. $200.00 for a Single Night, only if available.
LOW SEASON HOLIDAY RATES - Easter Week, Thanksgiving Week, & Christmas through New Years: $750.00 for a 3 Night minimum stay $1450.00 for 1 Week stay and add an additional night to your week for $175.00.
all rentals are subject to 10% County Tax & a House Keeping fee. $500.00 *fully refundable Security Deposit required. *(security deposits are 100% refundable 20 days after your departure if no additional cleaning, repairs or replacements are required)
